Customer services were professional and friendly, kept me in the loop with dates and arrival times. The Engineer was clean and tidy and informed me of all the details as he went through the task of finding the fault. The job was much less meat than I was prepared for, hardly any dust and he stuck plastic onto the tile so when it was broken up there were no chips flying around. Good clean work. Found the fault, fixed it and gave me advice on how to replace the tile and make good. Hopefully won’t need them again, but if I do I will be giving them a call.
