“I wasn't a customer but i went with my mum to get new tyres. Straight away we were greeted by craig allan who was lovely and told us honestly what would be worth our money and what would be wasting our money. The next day i recommended this place to my sister, i was really happy to see that he remembered me and came over to me for a chat. I will definately be going here when my car needs fixing.”

“Craig always seems to be able to sort out issues on tyres and MOT. He looked after my sons puncture and I always recommend Tyres Northampton the friends and family. The service, advice, comfort and honesty means I don't go anywhere else. Prices are excellent and competitive but the service and welcome is what makes the difference. Craig is a real ambassador for the company!!”

“Tyres Northampton are great and I would recommend them to all I know. They are always willing to look at my aging car at short notice even when they are really busy and I trust their judgement fully. They have helped me out no end of times. Excellent customer service too!”

“I have used Tyres Northampton for quite a considerable time along with my family and friends and can honestly say I would not go elsewhere. This week I popped in and Craig greeted me again with his polite professional manner and smile asking what could he do for me this time, I thought I needed 4 new tyres? Craig checked all of them and said I only need 2 to make my car safe and advised me to go back to Audi as I have only had my car for 4 months and it would be covered under my warranty. Whilst there I enjoyed my usual coffee a little chat and by that time the job was done. Thanks for your advice Craig as when I went to Audi there are a few more problems than I first thought. I don't usually have time to leave reviews but I was asked, if I had the time could I leave an honest review, so having breakfast this morning I took time out to leave one, and I'm dumbfounded by one of the reviews I read, and feel obliged to give a little advice 1. Never go to a garage unless you know they have competent mechanics! 2. Don't ask the manager if they have competent mechanics, even if their not he would say yes and take your money. 3. If your not sure about a company, then please do a little homework, it really does help, especially if you are a car enthusiast. 4. If you are well mannered there would be no reason for anyone to be rude to you, but I can only imagine that this chap had an attitude, please remember you are not the only one affected by this heat, please think about the chaps that are working. 5.Please Check your review before posting because you are grammatically wrong in quite a few places. ALSO I would think Craig is closer to 6ft4" and not 6ft. I myself and family members find Tyres Northampton to be a very professional company with a well mannered,hard working team, that are a cut above the rest. Thanks for all the help lads.***** Barb xx”

“Great friendly service which saved me £130!! I had booked into have an MOT but was told by another garage I would need a new front tyre for it to pass. I was happy to be told by Craig that this was not the case saving me a lot of money. I don't know a garage or business that goes out of their way to save you money like that. Thank you very much for being so trust worthy. Will recommend to all!”

“Steve - VXR8 I unfortunately experienced a puncture yesterday and Northampton Tyres came to the rescue, in fact, they went over and above of what would be expected from a tyre company to get me back on the road, despite having a full workshop, but the best bit is, they have two gorgeous receptionists.....so its worth slashing your tyres to go and say hello.”

“A warm and friendly greeting as always. Comfortable waiting room and facilities, also accommodating for children to. Having worked in the car trade for 17 years its nice to find an garage / tyre fitters with honest polices. Thanks again”

“Tryes Northampton set a great standard of reception, giving you clear information about what needs doing and price, keeping you informed while the work is being done and what your options are at every stage. I can honestly say that I would recomend anyone use them. The only improvement is that you get a shinny new tyre that highlights how clean you wheels are.”

“I've always found Tyres Northampton both very thorough and very good value. They always explain the problem to you carefully and give you the choices and prices of alternative options. Quick too, especially in the week as they have plenty of bays. Cherry on the cake is the excellent waiting area, with TV, internet, PlayStation and papers, and free coffee. Such a difference to some of the others’ greasy offerings! Well recommended.”

“Really excellent service, fantastic customer services too. It's always scary going to a different garage to your normal one; but Tyres Northampton was warm and welcoming. All the staff was friendly and talked in plain English; not a load of confusing technical language. Great value for money, and was explained fully. Clear guidance on price so we didn't get a big shock. Really can't fault! Keep up the good work.”

“I thought this company had great customer service and dealt with my puncture very well. It was my first puncture I have had so I was unsure what to do. But one of their employees (Craig Allen) was waiting right at the door and provided us with quick and kind service. The facilities were outstanding as well with the waiting room being in very good condition, which included free wifi, computers and gaming consoles so it was hard to be bored! My tyre was fixed very quickly and overall the service was excellent.”

“It is not very often that someone exceeds your expectations, but my recent visit to Tyres Northampton was money very well spent. I was specifically going for wheel alignment and wheel balancing as there simply is not many people around who have Hunter equipment and the ability to get tricky wheels bang on. All the staff where helpful but in particular the technician who served me went to great lengths to ensure I was happy. I even returned after a test drive to do some further tweaking and that was dealt with on the spot, no problem. Some people may not understand what it takes to get high performance cars just right and that the owners can be very picky but these guys certainly do - Keep up the good work.”
