“Addicted? Me? No….. I just love Twinings buttermint tea so much that I need to order it directly and in bulk. Great service from ordering online to delivery.”

“Twinings do make some lovely teas. My biggest issue is that many of them which I like and enjoy, invariably end up being discontinued and never replaced by anything remotely close to the flavour of the discontinued item. Some examples would be the Vanilla Chai tea (which they had as both loose and tea bags from around 2016), Bollywood Chai tea, Dark Mint (along with all of the "Dark" range although Dark Caramel can still be found fora limited time). The range of teas availble from the website has slowlyt diminished over the yeats to being a subset of what it once was, and limiting the varieties of flavours and selections of teas. It is a pity, because as mentioned, they do make some fantastic teas.”

“I left a 3 because my favourite flavours kept disappearing. First the Tangerine went then pineapple and grapefruit and now orange and lotus flower. I can only get mango and lychee and apple and pear . I’ve tried the pomegranate this time but not impressed.”

“My wife and I have been drinking English breakfast loose tea for years. I buy bulk to save money. Whenever there is a discount I buy 20 or more boxes. We are pensioners so we like a bargain.”

“I was so delighted to recently find Jacksons of Piccadilly Sencha Green Tea with Lemon on the Twinings website. I discovered this gorgeous tea many moons ago when I lived in Edinburgh and struggled to get it when I moved back home to Ireland. I tried many other teas but nothing compared or came close to this brand. I was able to order easily on the Twinings website and delivery to the West of Ireland was speedy and didn't incur any customs charges. Great service!”

“I ordered seven boxes of Green Tea with Mango and Lychee along with other products. Only one box of tea arrived in the box with the chocolates, biscuits and sparking teas. I contacted Twinings and was told that all was sent in the same box. The box only contained one of the seven boxes of my tea. After a few days of emails going back and forward the order for the Green Tea was dispatched to me. I was concerned that it had not been in the box initially and concerned that a box had gone missing with the Courier. I have never had any problems ordering online but this made me think about the whole process.”

“Absolutely love this site their products & service is 10/10. Had a query relating to a big order as I always order in bulk to save on shipping & the representative got back to me the next day resolving my issue. Can’t thank you enough as being unwell the ginger & lemon tea helps do much with nausea & I absolutely love a night time Swiss hot chocolate I won’t drink any other brand. Recommend twinings it’s the best.”

“Love all your teas with lemon in them so keep up the good work. You new boost sparkling tea is great . Fantastic taste and is a great as a after dinner drink served with ice It may not be the way you intended for it to be drunk but I personally like it this way . I would also consider drinking it more than one can if I was on car drivering duty . Better than my sparking water that I normally drink.”

“There is a true saying that you get what you pay for, with Twinnings herbal fruit tea I have never been disappointed. One teabag fills a big mug. Have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Twinnings tea”
