“I love your teas. Unfortunately, one of my favourites, Blackcurrent and Blueberry, is no longer sold at the big supermarkets (Woolworths and Coles) here in Australia so I ordered it online from you. “I ordered this mug to replace a friend's mug that I broke. Unfortunately when it arrived it was completely broken. I contacted them and they sent a replacement immediately which thankfully arrived in one piece. I was very happy with the service I got and my friend is very happy with her new mug.”
