“Unrivalled in consistent quality and flavour across all the varieties I have tried; my favourites being Lady Grey and Lemon Green Tea. I buy direct on line now as I find it convenient and relatively inexpensive.”

“I LOVE the Cold Infuse - especially Rose Lemonade and Orange/Mango/Passionfruit. But - they all used to be available in supermarkets, then only certain flavours on Amazon, then Rose Lemonade only at Twinings and now - NOT AT ALL. What is going on? I guess they are (a) too expensive, and (b) not clear enough what they are, which is a result ofTwinings' bad marketing. Please please please bring them back/stop withdrawing them.”

“Products were fine but the packaging used left marks on the white presentation box inside. This was also damaged as the external box had not given enough protection. This seems to be a trend with eco friendly packaging now, as I had a similar recent experience with an oven! More thought needed by the shippers!”

“I was looking for an alternative to Twinings pomegranate green tea when I read that you have dispensed with plastic stitching on the teabags. I was delighted to learn that the whole teabag is now plant based which prompted me to place my order. It was a relief as I couldn't find an alternative to the pomegranate tea that I enjoy.”
