“I'm delighted to be able to get The Earl pyramids which never appear in stores. I don't like all the herbal etc fruit etc teas that are advertised to extremes. I'd rather have more frequent offers on real tea like The Earl!”

“I LOVE the Cold Infuse - especially Rose Lemonade and Orange/Mango/Passionfruit. But - they all used to be available in supermarkets, then only certain flavours on Amazon, then Rose Lemonade only at Twinings and now - NOT AT ALL. What is going on? I guess they are (a) too expensive, and (b) not clear enough what they are, which is a result ofTwinings' bad marketing. Please please please bring them back/stop withdrawing them.”

“I loved the Watermelon, apple and matcha cold water infusion so was disappointed that they have been discontinued. However, the watermelon, strawberry and lemon are good. Lots of strawberry flavour not quite enough watermelon.”

“Was recently introduced to Infuse by a friend as I need to drink more water. On trying to find these infusion bags, the choice was limited implying that these bags are being phased out (?). This is a real shame as, not being a fan of plain water, I would have been a regular customer. A bag you can just pop in your water bottle is very convenient. I have tried the Twinings Tropical Cooler bag as an alternative but, to be honest, I am not a fan of the taste or the faff of chilling something which has to be brewed hot and then chilled.”
