“I love my green tea gingerbread flavour. I have only scored 3 stars due to the price. Whilst I know everything is going up due to the situations all over the world £3.50 for 20 tea bags is very steep! I end up having to wait for a 20% offer to come on and order in bulk due to no stores in my region stocking these.”

“I had no trouble ordering my tea and it arrived swiftly. The decaf English Breakfast tea is my favorite and I wish I could find that box with the blue top near to where I live as it has a more robust flavor than the Twinings type marketed in the U.S. Thank you for making great teas!”

“I RECEIVED A DELIVERY 2 WEEKS AGO WITH THE WRONG ITEMS BEING SENT OUT TO ME. I HAVE CONTACTED TWININGS THROUGH PAYPAL. I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME. NO ONE HAS ACKNOWLEDGE ANY OF MY EMAILS. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.”

“Been looking for Blackcurrant & Blueberry tea since before Christmas as they disappeared from stores, great to see them return also tried some other interesting new flavours just looking for St Clements now, delivery came quickly time to get the kettle on now.”

“Ordering and delivery service very good for our Blackcurrant and Blueberry tea bags. We had to buy direct as for some reason major supermarkets have stopped selling them.”
