“My fave ! I can’t get twinings loose leaf from my local supermarket so I pop on line The website is easy to navigate Easy to pay and apart from Royal Mail delivering to the wrong house all was good So pleased that I received an email about my delivery otherwise I wouldn’t have known!”

Having checked our records, we can see both of your recent orders were sent with the correct paperwork, and were delivered on the 14/10/2025 and 03/11/2025, respectively. “I have been a long time purchaser of Twinings Rose Tea which my wife enjoys very much. Recently it has become eye wateringly expensive (I sometimes wonder whether they charge just me this amount because I buy so much of it!). Twinings is a premium brand and we expect to pay more for it but I think that it might be significantly less expensive, meaning it could be enjoyed by many more people, if the packaging were not so elaborate. It wouldnt surprise me to learn that the packaging costs as much to produce as the tea which, bearing in mind the tea gets taken out of the packet as soon as it is opened and the packaging gets thrown away, is poor use of resources. As for rating, 5 for the tea, 1 for the packaging”

“My tea time is like a therapy session ❤️ Tea heals everything, from the outside to the inside, like my great grandmother used to say. And I truly believe that. I've been purchasing Twinings for many years from my local store. But now I found their online store to get my favorite tea in so much more affordable price. Everything was amazing, I loved the packaging, the fast delivery and the taste of my favorite of all, Earl Grey. I'll be buying again and again ❤️”

“Unfortunately my international order was botched by Royal Mail. It sat in a holding pattern in the UK for 8 days before being shipped back to Twinings. So the order had to be cancelled and refunded. The next order using DHL arrived flawlessly. The Royal Mail issue is the only reason for the poor rating.”
