“Very fast efficient delivery of my nambarrie tea bags Have used Twinings before very good value and service👍 Outer box a bit wet inner boxes a bit damp due to bad weather Maybe place inner boxes in a plastic bag next time Actual product fine as foil wrapped Dried boxes out on radiator so no harm done”

“The products are delicious but the portage charges are too pricey - they should consider offering free postage rates when ordering £15 worth or at least a lower rate. They offer free postage over £30 but that is a lot to spend on tea!”

“The quality of the purchases I had last time ,which was done Darjeeling tea and a beer mug for myself. loved them. Although the parcel was soaking wet where the courier had left it out in the rain which wasn't your fault. Luckily it didn't affect the things inside”
