“I live in the United States and order a year's supply Twinings Assam from the UK every year. I also drink Twinings Earl Grey but that is available from Amazon over here at normal (non-premium) prices. Assam is available only at "Heathrow Airport" prices over here!”

“I love my green tea gingerbread flavour. I have only scored 3 stars due to the price. Whilst I know everything is going up due to the situations all over the world £3.50 for 20 tea bags is very steep! I end up having to wait for a 20% offer to come on and order in bulk due to no stores in my region stocking these.”

“I had no trouble ordering my tea and it arrived swiftly. The decaf English Breakfast tea is my favorite and I wish I could find that box with the blue top near to where I live as it has a more robust flavor than the Twinings type marketed in the U.S. Thank you for making great teas!”

“I RECEIVED A DELIVERY 2 WEEKS AGO WITH THE WRONG ITEMS BEING SENT OUT TO ME. I HAVE CONTACTED TWININGS THROUGH PAYPAL. I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME. NO ONE HAS ACKNOWLEDGE ANY OF MY EMAILS. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.”
