“My purchase was fine but I'm annoyed I had to order at all. I contacted you in a variety of ways to ask where I could buy the orange hot chocolate for my anorexic daughter. The first person gave me information that could have been googled and was incorrect. For example, I was directed to Ocado - it doesn't even deliver to my location which was provided. I then emailed and explained the poor information and basically got the same response. So other you employ robots or imbeciles. I really hope that once my daughter is well we can move away from this brand but as it is deemed as medicine just now and a way for me to get calories into her to ensure she doesn't die then I'm stuck. I did however let my entire social media know about my treatment. As an actress and director I have quite a large reach ...”
