“Great product but my issue is not being able to select the courier option I wish I could request Royal Mail as they are listed as one of your couriers On two previous occasions it has been sent via Evri who are totally unreliable in my area and I never received them My only option now is to pay extra for express delivery to make sure I receive my order so not very happy about that”

“I am a long time customer of Twinings and I can not fault the quality of their products. I used to buy online their Christmas tea which is excellent but this time I bought some tea accessories as well (tea tidy and pocket tins) and I am very pleased with the quality. My second order was never delivered due to incompetence of Evri and this was very upsetting. However, Twinings were quick to send me a replacement order with DHL. My advice to Twinings customers who place large orders is to pay a bit extra for DHL instead of opting for the free delivery. I might save you from a lot of trouble should Evri mess up your order. 10 days after and I still can not get in touch with Evri over my missing order which has been apparently delivered to a neighbour...”

“I am so happy that Twinings does an International range and I can buy the American holiday teas that I miss so much by living over here in the UK - Peppermint Cheer, Winter Spice, Christmas Tea and Gingerbread Joy. All so good and perfect for the holidays! And by holidays I mean Christmas (had to learn to explain that as I keep telling Brits to have a 'nice holiday' at Christmas and they keep saying "But I'm not going anywhere!" *lol*) Delivery was quick and the tea is well packaged and arrives in perfect condition. Thank you Twinings!”

“Products are ok, but the range of sweeter fruitier ones seems to be getting less and less. ESPECIALLY the loss of the Cherry & Cinnamon. It was almost impossible to get them from the supermarket and now you haven't even got it available online. The service is great, but PLEASE improve the fruity/sweeter ones (cranberry doesn't count as its not sweet).”

“Couldn't find my normal cold infusion at Sainsbury's anymore so ordered direct from Twinnings , easy to order arrived within a couple of days, will order direct from now on as, although there is a delivery charge it saves me the fuel to find it.”

“I buy online from Twinings because the tea bag weights (2.5grams usually) make for a stronger tea than the 2g bags more common in continental Europe. By way of disappointment, that you no longer sell English afternoon in 50 (now 40) bag units is regrettable for me. The minimum size packs now take up more limited cupboard space! In addition moving to 40 bag packs from 50 also makes for more package space. Of course from your perspective it made a price increase less obvious! I’d prefer to go back to 50 bag packs and pay the pro-rata price.”
