“product is ok and fine but the way my items were packaged i was not happy with...items were squashed in the box and some items were upsidedown with the lids off in the bottom of the box...for the amount of money i spent i would expect a better service..”

“Back to the review of my order. Finally Twininigs contacted me and, from that moment, their answer to my problem has been as good as could be. So finally I've decided to upgrade from 1 to 3 stars. Everyone can have a delivery issue, but stars depends on the answer. Excellent companies differs from the rest when there are problems!”

“My order arrived damaged contacted Twinnings no response so chased and once contact was made thr response was quick. Replacement arranged free of charge also ordered gift bag as very disappointed with packing and was charged I felt this should have been free of charge due to the inconvenience but paid anyway. Replacement delivered to the wrong address and delivery box was damaged so gift bag rendered useless could not be bothered to contact them again won’t be ordering from Twinnings again”
