“I like the different teas available but cannot always find them in local stores so I sometimes have to order online. Twinings always process my order and dispatch it promptly and once, when my order was spoiled due to delivery man throwing it over my fence on a rainy day, Twinings replaced it at no extra charge.”

“I used to use home brands but around 6 months ago I tried some Twinings Turmeric teas and I am now hooked. The taste is that good...so I have now started buying others Twinings Teas because the intensity of flavour is just so much better than anyhting I had been having before”

“Green and black tea excellent - have purchased for many years. Since moving from the South east to Suffolk have found availability in shops here difficult , now order online, but need to allow up to a week for delivery . ( reason for 4 star rather than 5)”
