“There are a number of tea producers with many good teas on the market. However, Twinnings are a class above in tea producers - their loose leaf Russian Caravan is "simply the best"!”

“Excellent teas - but delivery by Everi (aka My Herpes) cost £4 and took 11 days. At the same time, I ordered a pair of boots. The package was much larger and heavier, but because it came by registered Royal Mail, it arrived in two days and cost under £3 postage. The time has come for Twinnings to pull the plug on their incompetent courier.”

“I live in The Netherlands, and thus order a years supply from Twinings every year for the last 10 years or so ! The delivery is within a couple of days, and I always ask if I can get the Everyday Tea I order, that has at least a years "sell by date" . . . I am always told this cannot be guaranteed . . . but I always get at least a years sell by date from Twinings . . . Excellent service, excellent Tea.”

“Why I buy Twinings is for the quality and great choice of different teas, certainly worth trying a variety. The delivery isn't the quickest but acceptable, just wish they would use Royal Mail rather than Evri for couriers as the latter can be a little unreliable in their delivery.”
