“I absolutely loved both the sleep teas, sweet dreams and a moment of calm from the purple box. Though from the pink box I loved the cleanse, detox, metabolism though I am not a strawberry and cucumber fan so 8 of 9 teas not bad!”

“Overall service was good, but my mix and match teas were part of a Christmas gift unfortunately I didn't realize until it was too late that there was a few missing from the order I was still charged for them and they were on the invoice”

“Delivery was just pain aweful! Evri just aweful ! didn't receive my order, which was for a birthday present. BUT twinings sorted it out within a couple of days even though it was late for my daughters birthday and didn't have all in stock of my original order sadly. But sent to big tins so my daughter was over the moon love your teas to so thank you twinings just us dpd in future”
