“Delivery was just pain aweful! Evri just aweful ! didn't receive my order, which was for a birthday present. BUT twinings sorted it out within a couple of days even though it was late for my daughters birthday and didn't have all in stock of my original order sadly. But sent to big tins so my daughter was over the moon love your teas to so thank you twinings just us dpd in future”

“I love Buttermint Tea and having found it difficult to source elsewhere, I bought it directly from Twinings. It arrived well packed and as promised. It's great to have the free P&P offer too. I'm delighted to be able to drink my favourite brew again. Well done Twinings!”

“Always buy my teas in bulk direct from Twinings and take advantage when they have special offers on and to get free delivery. An easy website to navigate and order arrives quickly and well packed. Thought I would try the Cold Infuse too this time to encourage me to drink more water.”

“First found this tea in India,loved it so bought lots to bring home to france, unable to find in any shops in France . Still loving it, an excellent product shame it's not more readily available in France, am sending family out to search h in the uk. Excellent product and delivery was good so no problem.”

“We have ordered from Twinings many times and never had an issue. However, on this occasion, two items were missing when our order arrived. On contacting customer service, after a few email exchanges, the missing items were replaced. We have always been happy with the quality of Twinings products but on this occasion, something went wrong with their processes. We were disappointed but as the problem was rectified quickly, we will continue to order from the company, while monitoring future service.”

“My wife enjoys receiving these international teas as gifts. I'm disappointed that they are no longer shipped in tins. Also it's pretty maddening that I have to order through the UK site and pay for shipping from Ireland rather than being able to buy from your US site.”
