“I adore Twinings teas and blend; that’s why I jeep on ordering from Italy. It’s because of the variety Twinings offers. What’s unsatisfactory, though is shipping rates Which are very high for the quantity of teas I buy and the fact that delivery is very slow. This time I ordered on 4 December and the teas were delivered on 27. They appeared to be stuck in Belfast but no customs clearance is needed (at least that is what’s written on the box.”

“Twinings Teas are always a wonderful start to my day. Every year I place a large order to gift to friends and family. I also gift teas to a lovely Mom and Pop bakery call Krieg's Bakery in Hampton Bays, New York. I wanted to offer a unique gift as they are a kind couple. The owners enjoys your teas every year. One concern: I am disappointed that the Cherry Cinnamon tea was not available when I placed my order. Cherry Cinnamon is my second favorite. But, the Buttermint tea will always be my 1st option. “I have always used Twinings for my Tea but I will not be using twinings again while they use Evri, had more hassle from Evri this delivery. Every time I have delivery problems it is with Evri.”

“I only received the package yesterday, I had placed the order on November 19. I think the problem is with the Italian postal service. I know your products and I know they are very good. I will certainly use your site again to buy my favorite teas (maybe not at Christmas time).”

“Lovely selection of teas in many formats. Loose, bag and envelopes. Some wonderful fruit teas and teas to help with health. The accessories are wonderful. The four stars is because the box it came in was not crushed but the boxes of teas inside were crushed.”
