“My go to favourite loose leaf tea- local supermarket doesn’t supply it so I go online”

“After 11 days, I finally received someone else's order, with someone else's postcode on my delivery box. Contacted Twinings and got a bounceback email. Contacted them through the online enquiry form and still no response, so I had to ask for a refund from my bank which will take a while. Then I received this invitatrion to leave a review, so, this is my review.”

“I had to pay postage which took longer than I thought and they were cheaper to buy in Waitrose at £2.50 so I probably wouldn’t use this service again. Convenient but expensive. Teabags themselves as always good quality.”

“I ordered this item as Xmas present for my daughter. The product was great, your teas are great. However the courier left the package over a gate, in the rain. The outer packaging was not waterproof, as a result the delivery was water damaged. I only share this, as it was a shame on your lovely product. It did not effect actual items, just the outer packaging. Keep making great products Jon”
