“I would like to see twinings working more in recycling of wrappings, bags, boxes etc for your tea, are you doing anything at all ? , I would not know since you are not telling about it, and if not it should be a critical topic to address asap”

“I don't like drinking water but when I add a fruit bag it tastes wonderful. I know it's good for me and I can drink over 1litre a day. Very sad I can't find them in supermarkets to purchase but thankfully I can still get them from Twinnings. Quick delivery too”

“The last order was a complete disaster as your delivery via Evri failed to arrive . I was then told that it would not be possible to reorder for ten days because Twinings are undergoing a complete IT upgrade. It is not the first time that we have had a problem with Evri who failed four times to dleiver some shoes from Hotter,. The telephone agent was both polite and helpful and we have received a refund but the point is that mnan of your teas are not availa le in shops and it is a) frustrating for us not to get the teas which we want and b) bad for your buisiness as we will have to look elsewhere We have never had this problem with ordering from you before”
