“Green and black tea blend is a favourite of mine. Increasingly more difficult to buy in supermarkets so ordered direct from Twinings. Easy order process and delivery was prompt. Please do not discontinue this product!”

“When in Norway I found Twinings Raspberry & Pomegranate tea bags. Unable to find them in any nearby UK shops I ordered direct from Twinings. I received a prompt, well packaged delivery.”

“Love the tea! But this is my first ordering online and it wasn’t a great experience. Delivery is within 8-10 days which is way too long, and the delivery fee around £3! I bought online because I was sick of going all the way the the Twinings ship for my favourite GingerBread green tea and they no longer stock them in supermarkets. PLEASE bring them back!”

Thanks for reviewing your recent order. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with our delivery service. Due to a scheduled system upgrade, we experienced some delays with our dispatch service, but we can confirm this has now been completed, and we are back to our regular standard delivery service of 5-7 working days. If you need your goods a little bit quicker we also offer Express Delivery for £6.95, which takes 2 working days. As for our Gingerbread Green Tea, we can confirm this tea is currently available from Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose Thanks again for sharing your experience.

“The tea is wonderful. However, tracking wasn’t good and the delivery took long. Also, the tea boxes arrived all torn and squashed which is unfortunate.”
