“Ordered tea's in a jar, unfortunately the jar was smashed during the delivery. I contacted twining customer service, they were great, replaced the item and got it delivered quickly and in one piece. Thank you twinings”

“We visited the store in London in the middle of September 2024. My wife has hot flashes caused by her menopause for years. I forget the girl's name who helped her out, but I think she was the manager. She was very helpful and told my wife about the "Menopause Cool Moments" tea blend. It worked so well that when we got home we ordered five more boxes. Thanks again for the great service and the girl who helped us.”

“Excellent choice of fruit infusions to suit every taste. Although hope they bring back the lychee flavour sometime soon as that was my favourite. Ordering online was easy and the delivery was made straight to my door without much delay.”
