“As a result of Shop Pay attempting to take 75p from my bank account, it was frozen as fraudlent activity. Trying to contact Twinings was impossible. No phone contact, and 2 days response for online form. Took 2 days to get a response on chat and all I kept getting told was to contact my bank!!! No help whatsoever. Not even an apology.”

“Recently purchased 3 flavours in an attempt to increasing my water intake. The flavours are all fab, not to strong, though i am adding them to my 750ml water bottle. Will definarely be purchasing more. Only wish they were more available in supermarkets.”

“The Twinings Shop was a must visit on my trip to London. It’s beautiful - and with such an extensive assortment of teas and teaware. Once I got home to Canada I realized I couldn’t be without the Orange Cinnamon black tea. I ordered from the U.K. site and it was easy and delivery was quite quick for an international order.”

“I have been having these teas for over two years now and they are the perfect combination of flavors for a refreshing drink throughout the day. I live far far away in the jungles of Colombia and I wish they were more accessible. I used to buy them at IHerb and at Amazon. I am traveling to Austin, Texas USA in a month where they arrived.
