“Always great quality and my absolute favourite for green teas in particular. I've tried many brands over the years but none seem to live up to Twinings. I recently ordered many single envelope flavours of ones I couldn't buy in my local shops. The presentation and the boxes were placed in were absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be buying direct more often.”

“I have been buying the cold infise Rose Lemonade for many months and putting it a hot drink before bed. Delicious. All of a sudden it was no longer there. I managed to grab remaining stock from other retailers and then complained direct to Twinings. I was told it was no longer being made and I should contact a different department to tell them I wasn't happy. Imagine my surprise when surching for an alternative to find it's back! I just ordered 2 cases (12 tubs) but hoping it stays in production.”
