“First time shopping online after always being brand loyal purchasing in-store. This was an awful experience not once but twice - first there was a missing item and a damaged gift box - spent almost an hour in a virtual queue but it was sorted swiftly once I got through and they arranged to send the missing item and another gift box....that was fine as after all accidents happen! - The second gift box was damaged even worse just shoved in a box flat packed with no obvious care and attention to something that is very obviously a gift for someone - after spending 2.5 hours trying to sort it all out I was offered a 10% discount as a gesture of goodwill and a replacement gift box - third gift box arrived intact. I refused the 10% discount and shall instead switch my loyalty to M&S who have outstanding customer resolutions.”

“I am a huge tea drinker and finding a flavour you like is very difficult but I've found mine. It's twining rose garden. Subtle flavour of rose is superb and the Subtle blend of rose and black tea is perfect. Although I must add how difficult it is to buy off the market shelf. That's twining for making a blend I adore.”

“I love Twinings teas. One of my favourite treats is a nice cup of The Earl with a piece of chocolate. I buy this direct on Twinings site as it is not available in supermarkets. I discovered it at a local pub after a meal when I ordered an Earl Grey. I was taken with the extra zesty taste and would highly recommend this tea to all Earl Grey drinkers. It was easy to order and delivery was quick. The teabags arrived well packed and was clearly marked as fragile.”
