“My favourite tea and the only tea I drink is the Refresh Double Mint. The taste of this tea is beautiful Such a fantastic blend. Please don't change it. My order was delivered quite quickly. My only moan is that Evri never left me a notification to say it was in my safe place, so the box was a little damp”

Having checked the stockists for this particular tea, I can see that we sell it to Tesco and Waitrose however the supermarket themselves decide which of their stores stock it.

“I bought several different tea bags flavours to try and a fusion jar for cold drinks as a gift ,the tea bags are delicious especially the glow ones contain strawberry cucumber green tea with aloe Vera,so nice I used them all and have just received my parcel 6 boxes ,2 to give my friend and family to try .It's the superblend Glow +Biotin fir skin and nails ,a refreshing tea hot or cold .”

“Generally speaking I love Twinings, but I've been disappointed that a couple of my favourite teas have disappeared without a trace :0( I do understand that it's a business and they can't stock everything, but there are so many other teas which seem to be similar to each other and it would be nice to have some variety. Fortunately there are two stalwarts that I can still buy regularly. Plummy Earl Grey is my favourite Twinings tea, it's got such a lovely flavour. I also like Rose Garden; the rose flavour is identifiable without being overpowering.”

Thanks for your review. We’re so sorry to hear you’re disappointment with some products that have recently been discontinued. Please be assured that we do not make these decisions lightly, but sadly, if there’s not much demand for a particular blend, it’s no longer viable for us to produce it. We’re always keen to produce teas and infusions our customers will love, so we will pass on your feedback about this to our Product Development teams. “Sadly I made a mistake in the ordering process with the address, yes, I should have been careful. I did contact customer support immediately with the correct details. I tried to edit the order to correct but nothing, no way to do this. So not too impressed really.”

As outlined in our FAQs, if your order has the status "unfulfilled", you can change the delivery address by phoning our team on: 01264 313444 so we can amend this. If you're unable to call, you can also email us at: twinings.direct@twinings.com As we're unable to change the delivery address on any orders that have been assigned for packing or have been dispatched, we do ask that customers contact us as quickly as possible (thus, phone is preferred). “The tea is very weak even as black tea and just tastes like boiled water, would not recommend buying Twinings, the delivery was quick though so I'll give them that.”

Thanks for reviewing our Black Tea with Lemon and Orange & Cinnamon Tea blends; we're sorry to hear you were disappointed with these two products. Our Master Blenders work really hard to make sure that every Twinings creation is full of flavour, aroma & body by using only the finest ingredients. Once they’ve come up with a new blend, we take it to a consumer taste panel & use this feedback to make any last-minute tweaks before the new product makes its way into supermarkets. We would love to get it right every time and it is always disappointing to hear that someone hasn’t enjoyed one our products, however we do appreciate that Twinings’ consumers have a variety of preferences. By taking the time to pass on your feedback it helps us to better-understand our customers’ needs and preferences. Thanks again for sharing your experience.

“One of the best products in the line of fruit cold brew teas. I live in a country with a hot climate, it is simply necessary to drink a lot of water to maintain health at the proper level and the assortment of fruit cold brew teas allows you to easily consume an increased amount of liquid during the day. It is a pity that two years ago they stopped supplying and selling the line of fruit cold brew teas from Twinings to Australia.”

“Verey happy with the product. I used to buy them from Tesco or Morrisons in Tiverton, but both of them have stopped selling the Fruit Tea flavours in preference to the more 'glamarouse' versions, hense buying them direct from Twinnings.”
