“Unfortunately I am still awaiting delivery of this purchase.I have contacted Evri as they said it was to have been delivered Thursday of last week but it still has not arrived despite my informing of this date earlier this week.At that time they said they would be prioritised but still nothing as of tota date”

“Twinings sent my large order using Evri (Hermes). They visited my home while I was in but did not ring my doorbell or knock in my door. Instead they left my order at the rear of my home in full view from 5 surrounding houses. Many hours later I checked the Twinings website and it said that my order had been delivered and that is when I searched and found it. It had been heavily raining all day so my order was extremely wet - not good when the product is tea and infusions. I contacted Twinings via their website the same day and am yet to receive any response. Before I order anything else from Twinings I will contact them to confirm that anything that I order will not be delivered by Evri (Hermes).”
