“I bought twinings extra strong earl grey for my wife as she is very much a fan of the tea. This will be the third time of doing so from your website. The only gripe I have is that I cannot find it in the shops and have to order and wait, but other than that we (my wife and I ) have no complaints. Ps my wife loves the taste but I just love the deep rich perfume when you add the hot water.”

“Great tea, but I find the whole online buying of tea a bad experience. For resale, u can only buy the International Earl Grey blend online. I place a large order at a time so I get free shipping, and then it takes 5-7 days to get to me, unless I pay TEN POUNDS to get it quicker. Please include next day delivery free. Even then, the small tea caddy was badly dented!”

“When it comes to a proper cuppa it has to be Twinings. Now my local supermarket no longer carries loose leaf tea, buying direct is the only way, and I wish I had done it sooner. Great service and, of course, great tea”
