“Two boxes of tea arrived dented and slightly torn - one box of loose tea and one box of teabags. The outer box was bashed in the corner.”

“I was a happy returning customer until recently when I received several boxes of my large order of tea and gifts only dated 3 months ahead when they were gifts for Xmas ! Last year everything was dated 12 months plus ahead. I contacted customer services to get replacements and they refused & were not helpful at all. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN. Bitterly disappointed.”

We do not guarantee a minimum shelf-life for our products, so this can be anything between 1 to 24 months depending on our current stock-holding. We always endeavour to highlight any products on our website with a particularly short expiry date such as 1-2 months, however, if this is not stated then the products will have a best before date of 3 or more months and this is typically classed as prime stock.

“I completed a form on the Twinings web site a few days ago because I had a complaint regarding the delivery. My package of tea was dropped/thrown over my gate by Hermes/Evri not delivered to the door. It then rained and hailed before the package was picked up. It was not in a safe place out of sight either! I did not receive notice the parcel had been delivered. I have complained to the courier but had no reply. Nor a reply from the twinings contact us form! Very poor customer service. Disappointed.”

“I couldn't find your ovaltine brand on the website while searching under hot chocolate. Which meant i didn't buy any even though i know you sell it. I made up the cost buying teas i didn't want to get free delivery on the tea i did want! You need to improve the useability of your search and find tool on the website for this item!”
