“I usually have free postage with my order over £35. My order was more than £40 and I was charged postage. Not happy about this. I bought 4 boxes of 20 each of heart ,metabolism, unwind and calm. 😠”

“I was absolutely gutted to discover that all of the supermarkets near me had discontinued my favourite tea. BUT joy of joys I found I could order it in bulk directly from Twinings. Thank you Twinings - you have made me very happy - I absolutely love this tea.”

“Very poorly packed and one pack of biscuits was compleatly crushed while the other boxes were all spoilt so could not pass on as gifts. Had more packing been used this could have been averted. A very disapointing experience. Having said that this is the first complaint I've has about Twinings.”

“I have been struggling to purchase my favourite lotus teabags as the supermarkets are slowly deleting them from their shelves . Was very pleased with the ease of purchase.. easy tracking of delivery. Even with postage costs it xan work out cheaper to purchase direct. Very happy with time of delivery.. will be using again. “As a pensioner my preferred tea is twining's raspberry and strawberry flavours, however due to the cost of this product it restricts my buying them, When you add in postage costs they work out @23c per tea bag. I could buy 440 Thomson tea bags for the price of 2 packets of your brand Thomson cost 2c per 🎒 tea bag.im just disappointed with the price. Regards Michael Tuohy 😀”

“I orderd with ease what I wanted, paid for it with my paypal but didnt realise that I had the wrong address on it for delivery untill after oredering.
