“Great tasting products at reasonable prices. I have used varying other tea companies but always ends up returning to twinings. The taste is better overall and due to the keen pricing twinings is far more sustainable.”

“I am almost certainly amongst countless tea drinkers who 'thirst' for their monthly delivery from Twinings to replenish their guarded stocks of a whole range of teas that both sustain them and cause their friends to go into a frenzy about which flavour to beg for!!”

“I like the product however am gutted at the lack of choice these days in the cold infuse range. My all time favourite cold infuse (metabolism) watermelon, apple & matcha is no longer available along with many other flavours. Are they ever being reintroduced? Devastated!”

“Was recently introduced to Infuse by a friend as I need to drink more water. On trying to find these infusion bags, the choice was limited implying that these bags are being phased out (?). This is a real shame as, not being a fan of plain water, I would have been a regular customer. A bag you can just pop in your water bottle is very convenient. I have tried the Twinings Tropical Cooler bag as an alternative but, to be honest, I am not a fan of the taste or the faff of chilling something which has to be brewed hot and then chilled.”

“We only buy Twinings tea for the quality of product. We have it shipped to our home in Ontario, Canada. Visitors to our home who love tea always ask for it. The whole delivery process is excellent (4-6 days) from time of order. The shipping costs are high but we buy for 1 year at a time so the cost per bag is still cheaper than buying locally. And we have the certainity of availability.”

“Our son-in-law loves your Lady Grey loose tea. He cannot get it in New Zealand so I have been ordering it for a while now, two tins at a time! Whenever they visit or we visit them and on two occasions you have mailed it by courier to him. Both times the ordering and delivery has been very timely and smooth. Expensive for the delivery, but worth it. Needless to say, he enjoys the delicious flavour sparingly. Hopefully, you can find an outlet in New Zealand so he can purchase it more often. Thank you for making my son-in-law happy, he's the best!”
