“We have been purchasing Twinnings Peppermint Teabags for nearly 20 years and have been really disappointed with the last few boxes. The tea has nowhere near the lovely minty taste that it used to have and I assume the formula has changed. We will not now be buying these teabags from you although we will continue to purchase the other lovely flavours”

“Arrived battered and broken, obviously the courier couldn’t care less but it definitely needed a stronger box to protect the items inside anyway, two cans almost impossible to open as they are so dented on the top and the tea bag box was crushed and partly open. Good job I hadn’t ordered as a gift. On the plus side, the canned drinks are very tasty and did not contain any nasty artificial sweeteners or disgusting stevia so they really did taste exactly how they are supposed to and are not harmful to your health. Peach tea bags are really good but could have been a bit stronger flavoured perhaps but I would but again.”

“Order TW248427 Hello, I have tried to contact you three times this week via the email address you supplied me with, and each time I received a MAILER-DAEMON failure notice saying my email couldn't be delivered. My email relates to my order no. TW248427. I paid the £17.71 on 1st September, and received an email on the 3rd saying my order is out for delivery. It's now the 14th September and I've not received anything. I followed up the tracking number you supplied me with for the EVRI delivery service you are using, and it states my parcel hasn't been handed to them. After first trying to contact someone about this and getting no response, I then tried to cancel my order and ask for a refund BEFORE my parcel has even left you, but your small print says that isn't possible until AFTER my order has been delivered. Because of this and the genuinely shoddy customer care and anti-communication I have experienced, I have lost all trust in your company. I would prefer it that you don't ignore this request, but as things stand, I'd be surprised that you don't. I am completely helpless to do anything about your company having stolen £17.71 from my bank account, save to write this review for all to see, or to contact the director of the company, Olav Silden, directly. Lastly, by way of explanation, the only reason I wrote this here was because I received an automated email asking me to write a review about my recent purchase, with the heading "because your opinion matters to Twinnings".”
