“I purchased the tea box after seeing one at the Twinings - The Strand shop in London. I wanted to get one for my wife for Christmas and bought one online. The first one came to me end of November but had jarred lettering on last "S" in Twinings and also had a small dent in the bottom left corner. I reported it and a new one was sent to me. The second one had an issue with the box jamming every so often as this had a issue with the bottom left hinge not the same as the rest of the box. This meant that even if not jamming it was not closing fully. I was asked to return the second one whilst they also issue me with a third one. The third one was sorted out in good time before christmas and I was very happy with the good customer support (hence not 1 or two stars) but thought I should definitely do a review as it was a bit annoying. My wife loved the box and of course this made me very happy.”

“It’s really frustrating that the whole Dark Line is limited. I actually wanted to get No.22 again - which was sold out…The Chai is nice, too. If I could I’d only drink the Dark Line and nothing else for the rest of my life. Both the 22 and the 29 are amazing. Really annoyed I can’t get them all the time!!!!”

“It is becoming increasingly difficult to find loose tea in the supermarkets and Twinnings is the only tea I use. Therefore Twinnings service is a god send. They are prompt and efficient and a lot cheaper than Amazon (if it is available).”

“I’ve tried several mint teas but this one seems to have mastered the blend just right . Love the stuff . It takes me back to Morocco where I first tasted it with fresh mint but twinnings seem to have captured the taste of Moroccan mint tea . Thankyou for the memory .”

“I had stopped buying the metabolism ( even tho I really like it & drink daily ) due to the poor paper packaging getting stuck to the bags and bursting them. Bought a packet in Tesco and they were changed to a more tinfoil type much improved so ordered a big batch and they are all poor paper ones ! Not very happy .. they need to be the tinfoil type !”
