“Over several decades I have drunk various versions of tea, but non match the flavour of Twinings. I no longer can pop to the shop to buy my tea. So I am deighted that I can have it delivered to my door. Prompt, excellent customer service.”

“Tea is lovely, happy with it. Although delivered quickly, information wasn't so smooth, app said it had been delivered no sign of it, messaged Twinings (email address on delivery query page didn't work) by the time they came back to me it had finally been delivered, when you're paying for delivery the details should be accurate, I shouldn't be hunting around for information.”

“I recently bought a box of twinings "Sleep" tea , the one with camomile, passion flower, lavender and valerian and orange blossom, this turned into a wonder suprise, it tasted so nice and was so calming as well as being enjoyable. A really nice cup of tea. Thank you Twinings.”
