“Ordered a range of our favourite teas during Black Friday on the Twinings website which was easy to do. I was advised of the progress of my order and the package arrived in good condition. My favourite is the orange & lotus flower green tea which appears to have been delisted from supermarkets so can only get it through Amazon or Twinings direct now. The Christmas tea is also a big hit in this household.”

“Website was easy to navigate and I was able to quickly select the products I wanted and make a purchase. The items were then delivered very quickly. All the products are Christmas gift and as I'm not a tea drinker I can't comment on that aspect. However, all my friends who have consumed Twinings tea before are very happy and recommend it.”

“Item delivered to field, not my address. Customer service never responded to my question as parcel had been left outside for 24hrs for local wildlife to do what ever. No notifications either to allow me to track.”

“My tea of choice is Roobis with a hint of honey and fig. 20 teabags would cost about £3. Now I can only buy 15 individually wrapped for £5! What a waste of paper and why more expensive for fewer? So disappointing!”

We’re sorry to let you know that our Rooibos & Honey – 20 teabags has been discontinued and we have sold through all our remaining stock. The Honey & Rooibos that is currently listed on our website is slightly different to the one you previously purchased in supermarkets. The one listed online is essentially a Food Service products meaning we sell it to cafes, restaurants etc but it can also be purchased by any consumer on our online shop.
