“Delivery was bad from your courier.left outside our security door overnight. Didn't ring . Neighbour rescued it. Always a drama using Evri . Charge extra use Royal mail. Product good. Won't be back ,can't trust your courier”

“Twingings is my go to Tea company. Has been for well over 45 years when I first discovered it in the Basement at the Manhattan Macy's department store. I used to make pilgrimages into Manhattan just to buy Twinging tea. This was back in the 1970s. Then for a time, loose tea became popular and other specialty stores carried it. Finally there was mail order and I am big on that. The world is at my disposal and I ordered tea from the UK. I will always drink Twinngings tea. Thank you.”

“I don't know what the contents of the two gift bags were like, as they were a gift. However, if the contents are the same as store bought Twinings tea, then I am sure they are fine!”

“Lovely tea. Ordering was easy. Communications from Twinings about the order and when to expect it was good however the courier Evri were poor. Evri delivery tracking was patchy. In the end Evri didn't notify me they had delivered and just left parcel on the doorstep. I don't have a front forecourt or garden, so the tea was on the street for anyone to take.”

“Lovely tea The boxes that I had delivered when they arrived were soaking wet , luckily the tea bags are sealed in foil bags in side the boxes”
