“The quality of the tea is unquestionable. Ordered on Sunday, received in Germany on Wednesday, both thumbs up for that, but the transport fee to Europe ... even though the delivery was from Ireland. Thanks to Brexit!?”

“I love Twinings tea, not only is it the quality but also they have a great choice of different brews, and also regularly have one off new types of tea; The prices are very reasonable considering the quality, also it's difficult to find some of their teas on the high street so buying directly works very well for me.”

“Delicious flavours for hot and cold beverages. One of my favourites during the winter is the hot chocolate, I absolutely love it. I’ve tried various hot chocolate from all over the world and this one comes top of my list. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Just experienced amazing customer service from Twinings. Items ordered were damaged by the delivery company leaving them outside in a storm but they have refunded in full. Quality of products has never been in doubt but very impressed with such great customer service. Thank you”
