“While I am happy with the product (even though it is grossly over priced). I am pretty annoyed with Twinings for not notifying me when out of stock products come back into stock (I have selected this option on more than 1 occasion and have not been notified and have had to just keep trying to purchase regularly.) Prior to my latest purchase I sent 3 emails to Twinings (via the contact us option) asking when the product may be back in stock. I received no replies. They even had the product on special when it was out of stock on 1 occasion that I attempted to purchase. I have spent thousands of pounds on this product over the last few years, so consider myself a good customer. Why offer me the option of asking a question if you are not going to have the courtesy to answer said question? Thankyou. Regards, Paul”
