“I have been drinking this for a few years and Twinings is now the only company making this blend of Green and Black tea. Had to order on line directly from Twinings, as my usual Tesco store appears to have stopped stocking this. Please don't stop supplying!”

“I am leaving a one star review although I enjoy your teas very much both the black teas and the fruit and herbals teas. However, sealing individual teabags in non recyclable envelopes is ridiculous. Especially as you don't do it with all of your teas so it clearly isn't a requirement. Please, please stop doing this.”

“I have been drinking the Orange and lotus blossom green tea for years but I was disappointed to not be able to find it in my local supermarkets. Thankfully I turned to Twinnings website and now I'm back to drinking my favourite hot beverage”

“Easy to order on line and very quick delivery. Most importantly, very lovely product. Loose leaf teas are so much better than teabags and we enjoy Lady Grey tea every day.”

“The first shipment was lost, but once I got in touch, they responded quickly and provided a solution. The solution was to resend the package through DHL, and the communication with them was extremely clear, with my order arriving in 8 days. Excellent service, thank you very much!”
