“Very easy to order my only observation was that Evri took a while to send out for delivery once they appeared to have received the package from Twinings.”

“My new favourite tea from twinnings I have tried and enjoyed many of the flavours currently available,salted caramel is still up there but the ginger bread tea is excellent. Thank you twinings”

“Hello, I would like to give you a positive feedback, but unfortunately I have not received my order yet. The package is stopped in customs in Italy since January 16, as I wrote you in an email, you said that it is not your responsibility. It is a fact that I bought the order on January 3rd and to this day I have not received it yet. Perhaps you should think of another more efficient shipping system.”

Thanks for reviewing your recent order. We can confirm your order was dispatched on 03/01/2025 and delivered on 07/02/2025. We're sorry that there were some delays at customs, but we're afraid these are out of our control as we do need to allow the relevant customs authority sufficient time to carry out customs clearance. “My wife and I are avid drinkers of Ovaltine and when I order a dozen or more cartons the delivery is free of charge and arrives very quickly. As I am unable to drive at the moment, following an operation, it is an ideal way for me to purchase our favourite night time drink. Thank you Twinings.”

“To my wife's taste (I can't stand the stuff) this Earl Grey with vanilla is nowhere near as nice as the Tetley EArl Grey with Vanilla, which appears to have been discontinued”

“I love these tea bags but it was annoying to have to pay the postage for them. I can't fine them in any shops anymore, so I presume you are stopping them, which is a great pity. I will order more, just to try to keep stocked up until you take them away from me. Jenny”

“I bought some Spicy chai tea on black friday; the shipment got into some troubles and finally ended up being lost, probably by italian mail service. I contacted the customer service and Louise was absolutely helpful, kind and very fast in finding a solution, with an other shipment via DHL, which was successfully delivered to my adress a couple of days later. Very good service.”
