Hi Danielle, thank you for the review of our service. We are so sorry to see that this rose has not arrived as we would expect at this time of year. All of our roses are deciduous which means they bare no foliage from November - April, however as we are well past this stage we would expect this to arrive in a much better condition. “This was a gift for my daughter. The Plant arrived in time stated, well packaged & looks healthy. Only issue I had was the warrant had to be applied for in 5 days which meant I had to apply for it as I wasn’t giving the plant to my daughter till after the 5 day time allowance! So it’s in my name rather than hers.”
