“This was a gift for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I haven't seen it myself but they say it was beautifully pruned, packaged and can even register it for a guarantee. They are over the moon with it, so thank you very much”

“Bought a sympathy rose bush. Paid extra for next day delivery. Didn’t arrive. Contacted Tree2mydoor who blamed it on DPD. They could send another rose but because of the Jubilee Weekend, it wouldn’t arrive until a weekend later. Forget it! 😡”

“I bought a small olive tree for my step-son's girlfriend. They have just moved house and she is creating a Mediterranean garden. The ordering process was very simple, the website easy to negotiate and she is delighted with her present which arrived on time and in excellent condition. She tells me that the tree is a good shape and sturdy it arrived well packaged and safe on the appointed day so we are all happy! Thanks for great service and quality plants. I will use you again.”

“Notification of delivery came to me the purchaser not the recipient Initial notice arrived 3hours after planned delivery. No reply at address so message -it would be taken to a DPD delivery point different town! Later another message - delivery will be tried at address again next day Next morning told it would be taken to depot contacted DPD told they’d contact and redirect driver. Further message it had been delivered to depot!!! All these messages to the purchaser over 100 miles from deliver address. The old aged pensioners (recipients) were confused and worried and forced to drive to another town to collect their surprise Not the impact I’d hoped to achieve!!!!! Delivery due on a Friday eventually collected on Sunday so hoping the rose hasn’t suffered from this delay. Your site may need more clarity regarding the contact numbers! And better information given about delivery times Unsure of condition of rose as recipients are too polite to tell me it wasn’t perfect ! Marked undamaged in survey but not known”
