“Our order did not arrive in time for the birthday gift - even though we had paid extra for a specific delivery date. In fact - the items have not arrived at all and we have now been told that they are not available, being requested to 'pick another item or wait'. The follow-up to our complaint was quick but not great - one email only...nothing since. Not sure if we would use this company again.”

“The tree unfortunately didn’t arrive on time and although I was told I’d have a refund of the difference in the postage that hasn’t happened so far. The tree itself was much smaller than I’d hoped for - but hopefully it will grow and our friends may be able to report some lemons in due course.”

“My second purchase from Tree2mydoor and another big success! I ordered an Olive Tree for a friend’s 70th birthday. She was thrilled. There was a slight problem with the courier not collecting it to be delivered on my chosen day but, in any event, it arrived the next day (which happened to be on her birthday). The tree is a good size and a lovely shape. It appears to be very healthy. My friend loves it Thank you for great products and excellent service.”

“My dated order was to arrive one week early thankfully it got stopped. I was advised that my order would be delivered on the day I requested, however this didn’t happen so I had to phone and see what was happening, only to be told because I lived in Scotland delays can happen. We are in the UK by the way! I said if this was the case then why isn’t this taken into consideration so the customer receives the gift on the date required. So I was advised if it did not arrive tomorrow then it would be the next day. I must admit I’m NOT a happy customer.”
