“only one problem when courier did not pick up item for nominated delivery. All went well and efficiently after that and delivery was made next day.”

“I purchased the Ruby 40th Anniversary Rose Tree for some friends. The tree was beautiful, well packaged and delivered on time. The price of the tree was reasonable however I found the P&P and packing excessive.”

“Beautiful plant arrived well packaged looks in good healthy condition . Only complaint had paid for nominated days delivery but it arrived 10 days early for a special birthday . Did get a next day apologie with a £3 refund of the extra to get named day delivery . Wasted surprise for friend for a special birthday .”

“I bought this rose as a gift for a dear friends 45 wedding anniversary.They we're both delighted with it.My only concern is that the generous guarantee appears to need to be completed by me and I will not be taking care of it and would prefer it to be completed by them?”
