Our order did not arrive in time for the birthday gift - even though we had paid extra for a specific delivery date. In fact - the items have not arrived at all and we have now been told that they are not available, being requested to 'pick another item or wait'. The follow-up to our complaint was quick but not great - one email only...nothing since. Not sure if we would use this company again.
