“It would be nice if you could get my name right. It would also be nice if you could send a photo of the rose that you are delivering to the Billing address so the purchaser could see what they have bought.”

“I bought a rose as a gift for my friends birthday, whilst she was pleased to receive it, I was less than impressed at their courier DPD, having paid for expedited post and picked a day , it wasn't delivered in time.”

“Tree was very good but delivery wasn’t when advised and two days later which was frustrating as I had ordered it for a present to take but hadn’t arrived in time, did email the company but got no response Courier had also laid it down when it stayed keep upright on the box”
