“I purchased the 9 willow intertwined plant for my 9 year anniversary. I was initially shocked as it arrives as just the stems, with no shoots at all, so it was a bit of a squib as a present, but now that we've had it nearly 3 weeks it is starting to grow shoots, which is actually entertaining to view. It was well packaged, but without any pot or compost just the 'stem' and I was able to nominate a delivery date (for £9!). All in all it proved an expensive quirky gift, but hopefully it will last for years.”

“The "tree" was tiny. It would be nice if they could put an estimate cm of how big the tree is so it could meet your expectations. I was pretty bleak when watching my friend open it via whatsapp video. :(”

“I ordered 2 olive trees for my brothers 60th birthday. The customer service d was excellent. I had missed two names off the gift card, I emailed them and got a response straight away to say they had altered the card. The trees were dispatched and delivered at the time stated”
