“The tree had been incorrectly packed and was upside down. Fortunately it appeared that someone at the delivery company had opened the box and discovered this. There was no information to identify the type of tree nor about its care”

We expect that the packaging was compromised during transit and the tree placed back into the box incorrectly, which is completely unacceptable. “Bought this cherry tree as a gift,but wasn't impressed when it was received. Nothing like the picture.Expect a few long twigs with some leaves on ,mainly bare. I definitely dont think it was worth the price.”

We use only the best suppliers as we aim to source only the highest quality products, and we apologise if we have not met the standard on this occasion. Dwarf Cherry Trees are deciduous and arrive cut back with short stems between Oct - May. New growth occurs from Spring with bloom growing from June. We apologise if this information was misleading, and please rest assured that the tree will be in full bloom in no time.
