“I have not seen the tree myself as this was ordered as a gift for mother's Day but the comment I got back was "it is really something amazing"”

“Absolutely Fantastic! I sent my mother the Mothers Day Rose it was beautiful perfect packaging and treated with care she was thrilled much better than a bouquet of flowers that lasts for a short time. Definitely value for money will order again. Thank you!”

“Great gift although I’d be having a word with your courier company . Luckily there was no damage to the contents but you will see in the photo the damage to the box when it arrived .”

“The service was efficient and easy to use. My friends were delighted with their rose bushes. I’ve not seen photos of them yet ( they live a good distance from me) but I understand the bushes were healthy and as described. Many thanks for a good service enabling me to thank my friends for their help with my own garden.”

“The one and only time I will use them! The small myrtle tree turned out to be a tiny stump of a bush - no stem - several centimetres less than the shortest measure given in the size range on the website. It arrived in a tree box four-and-a-half times the "tree's" height. They want me to pay £15 to return it even though it is not as described. Only after a chat with Trading Standards! I think they are gambling that most of their customers are sending a gift and the recipient won't say anything.”

“Tree arrived on time, had a bit of damage to it emailed back and forth to show what damage was caused. Also white powder visable on leaves which I was told is residue from watering. Package box was to small for tree and foliage not wrapped. Not very impressed with the outcome of emails. There are cheaper options out there but chose to go with this company as it was a present. I wonder if the service would of been better from an other company.”

“The rose was ordered on Friday & was delivered on Monday as promised. The rose looked to be good & healthy. It was nicely gift wrapped. The outer packaging was robust & designed so that the plant could be taken out of the box easily without damaging the box. I would be happy to order again from Tree2my door.”

“I recently lost my Black Labrador and I purchased a Willow Wonder tree as a memorial as my dog was called willow. The purchase and delivery went smoothly.The instructions for planting and caring for the tree was very clear.”
