“You need a telephone number on line in large numbers so us older generation not so skilled with the internet can speak with a member of staff.”

“The rose was delivered on the 3 March we asked it for 7th of March”

“Everything went very smoothly, and the receiver was delighted with the present. My only annoyance was the 9 pound to pay for delivery, after paying quite a lot for a rose bush.”

“Excellent service and product as always, however the delivery was not acceptable. The box was left in front of the door for everyone passing to see and not in the porch as advised. It was found at 7pm after delivery at 5. It was only found because my brother in law was going out otherwise it would have been there until morning. The delivery person did not knock on the door. It was a surprise gift so my sister didn't know it was coming. Two feet to the left and it would have been out of site.”
